RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE

All items purchased from Melz Diamond Dazzle Dots are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the carrier (Australia Post) is responsible for delivery of your goods. If your goods are noted as delivered by Australia Post, loss and damage issues are to be taken up with them.

Melz Diamond Dazzle Dots attempt to be as accurate as possible, however sizing may slightly differ to whats stated and colours may also be slightly different to what appears on screen

REFUNDS

Refunds on customs will only be given if product is faulty.

We will consider exchange, credit or refund for other reasons, but reserve the right to grant this only at our discretion.
