I am a creative person that has a passion for DIY craft projects. I was first introduced to diamond painting through my own hobby purchase and I was instantly obsessed, developing a passion for the beauty of diamond paintings. I knew from my first diamond art creation that this was an addictive, incredible, and magical art, and that I wanted to share my own wonderful experience of diamond painting with you all by making it more accessible to other creative Australian's like myself.

Therefore, I made the investment in my small business, with the amazing support from my husband, we created our home business, "Melz Diamond Dazzle Dots." What started with a Facebook page for Adelaide artists, has now launched to our online store, with a growing client portfolio, we are very excited to be furthering our small business through the branches of almost all states in Australia.

Melz Diamond Dazzle Dots is a small family business founded in December 2020 and is based in Adelaide, South Australia. We supply diamond painting across Australia and have many assorted kits in stock. We specialise in custom photos in large format, with our own printer on premise that ensures your custom prints are of highest quality.

I am of continuous gratitude to all our clients that support us, especially through the hardship of the Covid-19 pandemic. I appreciate how patient you have all been, understanding that during this global pandemic manufacturing and shipping of orders come with some expectant delays. We will continue to ensure that are services are expeditated as quickly as we can, our customer service is professional and friendly, and that our products are of highest quality for our valued clients.

Orders generally take 2 - 14 days for delivery and tracking is provided on all orders. However, some delays are expected during high service times, pandemic delays, and awaiting stock arrival from our trusted third-parties. We will ensure to keep you updated if any of these delays affect the delivery of your order.
